I desire to visit places that I have not. I'm mesmorized by the world, the mystery of it's cultures and a desire to gain a better understanding of all of it. Travel, for me, is my desire and photography is the way to document where I've been and what I love to do. I see photography as a treasure hunt. Many times it's about finding "the" location, but then again, it can be an unexpected magical instant where the zebras turn and look at you in unison during sunrise. Most of my work is shot with film in the panoramic format and recently I have dabbled with digital SLRs on a humanitarian trip to Kenya.
