I saw this woman while driving to a meeting at Paw Ndege Primary School.  Due to time restrictions, I was unable to photograph her.  I couldn't believe it when, two hours later, she was walking right past us and I was able to capture the brilliant blue of her dress and the joyful expression I had seen on her face earlier.
