I have more than 20 years of teaching experience and have a deep passion for helping others enjoy the beauty of landscape photography. Here is the schedule for the 2012 Workshop Series:
March 23 - 26 - The Skagit Valley - The Skagit Valley of is world renown for it's incredible spring display of daffodils and tulips. This workshop happens just before the onslaught of tourists that come to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival on April 1st allowing much more freedom to shoot the fields.
June 15 - 18 - Olympic National Park - We'll explore many regions of the park and the Olympic Peninsula. Highlights include: The Hoh rainforest, the Sol Duc river valley, La Push and the Washington coast.
July 20 - 23 - Mt. Rainier - Discover one of America's finest National parks: rugged, beautiful and full of diversity , Mt. Rainier offer countless photo opportunities. Highlights include: Reflection Lake, Tipsoo Lakes, Paradise and Sunrise.
August 17 - 20 - Mt. Adams - The Gifford Pinchot National Forest and Mt. Adams are undiscovered jewels in Washington state. Highlights include: Tahklahk Lake, Panther Creek Falls and Big Spring Creek.
October 12 - 15 - Ghost Towns of the Okanogan - Explore the old west in Washington State. The Okanogan had it's boom in the late 19th century and we will be in the heart of it. Highlights include: Molson, Chesaw, Farmer and Gold Hill.
All trips will have a maximum of 10 participants. Prices include all airport transfers and transportation, lodging (based on double occupancy) all meals and snacks. Participants must provide their own transportation to the destination cities (Seattle or Spokane). Prices vary between $350 and $400 per day, per person.
